The long awaited Dima 650 molding machine has arrived. The Dima will give Peliton a greater production capacity and.the ability to mold larger plastic parts.
It's no easy task moving a 38,000 pound, semi trailer size piece of machinery. However with the aid of a 28 Ton Hydraulic Crane and years of experience, Voigt's Crane of Valdosta acompished the task in under 3 hours. |

Georgia's Governor's Honors Program Students Tour Peliton

Peliton is very proud to have hosted the Georgia Governor's Honors Program students. More than 30 students toured the Peliton plastic molding facility, asked questions and received hands-on manufacturing experience.
The Governor's Honors Program is a six-week summer instructional program designed to provide intellectually gifted and artistically talented high school students challenging and enriching educational opportunities not usually available during the regular school year.
Activities are designed to provide each participant with opportunities to acquire the skills, knowledge and attitudes to become independent, life-long learners.

Peliton Plastics Wins Small Business of the Year

Peliton Plastics is very happy to have received the Small Business of the Year Award, for it's service to persons with disabilities.
The award was presented by Valdosta's Mayor John J. Fretti at a ceremony and banquet held at the Valdosta State University Campus. Keynote speaker at the event was Dr. Ray Perren, president of Valdosta Technical College.
Accepting the award was Peliton president Robert McKinnon, Sales Manager Ed Musser and Operations Manager Mike Jones. |
