A larger 3D printer has been added to our protyping department. Along with the Bambu Lab X1C 3D Printer, the Creality Ender-5 Max will speed up the protyping process. Protyping serves as a cost-effective bridge between a concept and the finished product.
The long-awaited Dima 650 — a 38,000-pound, semi-trailer-sized press — was set in place in under three hours with the help of a 28-ton hydraulic crane. It gives us greater capacity and the ability to mold much larger parts.

To deliver the highest-quality pad printing, we built a climate-controlled room held at 73°F and 30% humidity in a relatively dust-free environment for our printing and plate-making.
A run of new machines joined the floor: a 230-Ton and 170-Ton Van Dorn Demag, a 120-Ton Van Dorn, and a Sumitomo SH75A 75-Ton — expanding our mid- and small-part capacity. We also added a larger, faster CNC to the mold shop.
